PRICING
Prices shown online supersede all previous price lists, and are subject to change without notice. Please check the web site for latest pricing. If in doubt, please e-mail us with your questions.
All Prices are shown in UK Pounds (£ GBP Sterling) and Euros (€). Payment online by credit card is in £ GBP. If using a credit card based in a country outside the United Kingdom, then your credit card company will make an exchange rate conversion at their current rate. We have the right to refuse to accept an order where we feel this is necessary.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Within a few minutes of completing your order, you will receive an email from Xochitl Limited confirming receipt of your order.
FREE GIFTS
Free Gifts refer to items given with a purchase of a specific amount and over - these are limited to 'whilst stocks last' and no cash equivalent will be given; where appropriate with returns, this gift should be returned before refunds can be given.

Xochitl Limited is committed to protecting your privacy as an online customer. Xochitl Limited does not under any circumstances share or sell names, or in any other way distribute information about our online visitors. The information you provide will only be used to manage your purchases.
STOCK
Our stock is under constant revision; please refer to web site for latest products and availability or contact us via e-mail. We endeavour to keep all items listed in stock, so that we can deliver as soon as funds are cleared. If any item is not in stock we will either offer a replacement or refund, or offer to send out once the item is back in stock, as appropriate.
PICTURES AND SAMPLES
Most of our stones are handcrafted, tumbled, cut and/or faceted by hand. Pictures are intended to show the quality of our stones, but actual product may differ slightly from the picture as we pride ourselves to offer high quality natural stones and handcrafted silver findings.
UNIQUE JEWELLERY DESIGNS
Such items are limited and exclusive and may differ slightly from the picture as they are handcrafted individually. They are offered as first come first serve, when possible we try to update the web site immediately as these items are sold out. Items will remain on sale until payment is cleared.
PAYMENT
All our online payments are handled by our secure online services such as: HSBC and Pay Pal most major Credit and Debit Cards are accepted.
DISCOUNT AND PROMOTIONS
All discounts and promotions apply to a single transaction and will be calculated automatically by the cart calculator and are final once the order is submitted; however, if you have forgotten something, if you get in touch with us immediately via e-mail it may be possible for us to undertake a recharge if the package has not been mailed; we will do our best to accommodate.

We are not a shop, and regret that we are not open for physical browsing.
RETURN POLICY AND HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not happy with an item you have received, we would be pleased to replace or refund that item, provided it is returned in original, unused and complete condition, with explanation, within 2 weeks of purchase. To return an item, please fill out the return form. This form may be filled out, and sent with your return, for faster processing. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice. All returned merchandise must be sent in its original container/bag, and in a completely unaltered state (we do not accept part strands or items that have been unstrung, for instance - the item must be in original and saleable condition). Please use Delivery as instructed in the return form, Recorded or International Registered Mail, and pack securely, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items. We can only be responsible for items which are returned on a "signed for upon delivery" service, once the signature has been obtained from us. Your refund will then be processed, less the postage and packaging costs. Where free postage has been given, we reserve the right to charge an amount relevant to that delivery where we feel it is appropriate; we also reserve the right to charge 15% as a restocking fee where we feel it is appropriate.
RESTOCKING
In the case of returned items, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee where we feel it is appropriate.
LOST OR DAMAGED DELIVERY
We use insured Royal Mail postal services. If you have given a UK address, and you have not received the parcel after 15 days, please contact us with your order name and/or order number. We will then trace the delivery and advise on the status. In the UK an item is considered lost if not received 14 days after mailing. Overseas deliveries may take longer than this.
Please note that the Royal Mail consider a delivery to be complete if signed for. If a parcel is damaged upon receipt then this should be highlighted to the post office and should not be accepted, otherwise the insurance will be invalid.

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
